Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

2. How will this order appear on my credit card?
For Visa and Mastercard, SE MISSOURIAN will appear on your statement.
For Discover and American Express, "ONLINE PHOTOS&CONTESTS" will appear on your statement.

3. Can I request a refund for for unused Voucher purchases.
No, all Voucher purchases are final.

4. What is it?
Today’s DEAL, sponsored by the Southeast Missourian, features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in greater Cape Girardeau. The deal is only available for a limited time (two days, or until it sells out)- so act fast!

5. How do I buy it?
Click the “add to cart” button before the deal expires and proceed to checkout!

6. Is this offer available in person at the location?
No. Today’s Deals are only available online, through the Southeast Missourian. These special deals are not available at the locations themselves.

7. What happens after I buy it?
After you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order, along with your Today’s Deal voucher to print out via email. Take your voucher to the store or merchant any time before it expires to enjoy your great deal!

8. When can I use it?
Your deal is only valid within the specified dates given. Usually vouchers are not activated until 24 hours after the deal closes. For example, if the deal runs on Tuesday and Wednesday, it will be activated on Friday. If the deal runs on Thursday and Friday, it will be activated on Tuesday.

9. What if I only want to use part of it?
Sorry, if you must use the entire value of the deal in one trip. There is no cash value for the deal.

10. Is the transaction safe?
Yes. The transaction uses SSL and other industry standard security features to ensure that no one else has access to your credit card information.

11. Can I buy Today’s DEAL as a gift for someone else?
If the merchant has allowed more than one to be purchased, you may certainly designate one as a gift. When you checkout, there will be an opportunity to put different names on the vouchers.

12. What if the merchant does not honor the offer?
We establish a personal relationship with all of our trusted merchants. If this situation does arise, however, please contact us immediately.

13. What if I miss the expiration date?
The additional discounts won’t be available; however you will still be entitled to goods and services equal to the amount you paid for the Coupon for a period of 5 years from the expiration date at the place of business.

For example, if you spend $25 to buy a $50 voucher to a restaurant but are unable to use it before the expiration date, you will still be entitled to $25 of food for up to 5 years from the expiration date at the place of business.

14. What if I lose my voucher?
Don’t worry! If you have misplaced the voucher and/or email with the voucher, login to your Today’s Deal account using the user ID and password you have created. Once logged in, click on the button that says “My Deals”. This will show you all deals you have purchased. Click on the appropriate blue box that you need, which will pop up your coupon and allow you to reprint.

15. What if I forgot my password?
Please contact us either by phone (573-388-2783) or email todaysdeal@semissourian.com giving us both your name and user ID, and we will retrieve it for you. If you do not remember your user ID either, please let us know and we will work with you to get this information back in your hands.
